Swanky interiors, elegant décor done up aesthetically, security arrangements, entertainment facilities, safe deposit lockers, best amenities and more may often depict a brick and mortar hospitality chains. But hotel entrepreneur Tanmay Bathwal, the Managing Director of Hirise Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is all set to deliver a completely new doctrine, adding every such feature in Beetle Smartotels that are portable, built all in just three months.
The oomph factor has not been compromised and has been incorporated in many smarter ways with the use of new technology. These are ideally designed to bridge the gap in availability of temporary yet quality accommodation at remote locations, industrial clusters, project sites and at venues that hold big ticket cultural or convention events. And it keeps aside the lengthy3-4 year construction period that the hospitality industry is more familiar with. The innovation is already taking the sector by storm.

Three levels of heat insulation were then provided before being fitted with best-in-class interiors that come along with a hotel room.
The first hotel with 141 rooms is awaiting a launch soon at the Mundra SEZ May, 2016. So much is the anticipated popularity of the concept, that brisk business is expected with a target set to add 2,000 rooms by June, 2018 at multiple locations across the country. Mr. Bathwal, started his first hotel at the age of 24 and is now all set to open a 173-room 5- star hotel in Ahmedabad by the end of 2016.
