Berggruen Hotels achieves the double at Hotelier India Awards
Keys Hotels, part of Berggruen Hotels, LA has bagged two awards at the recently held The Hotelier India Awards 2017. This is the second time in a row that the brand has won accolades at this prestigious award ceremony. Fran Lancy Arockiam, stationed at the Keys Select Hotel Kattima in Chennai, was recognized as the F&B Manager of the Year. Mr. Niran Babu won the Chief Engineer of the Year Award for his work at the Keys Select Hotel’s Thiruvananthapuram property.
Arockiam, a veteran in the hospitality industry with over 15 years is a keen follower of the global trends and has worked towards finding new and innovative ways in creating unique experiences. Through his initiatives, he has played a major role in finding solutions to curb waste management.
Babu has been instrumental in setting up the Thiruvananthapuram hotel’s engineering services. He is also known for pioneering an environment friendly engineering solution which resulted in significant cost-savings for Keys Hotels. Credited for introducing new initiatives which further raised the robust standards of engineering across the group, Babu has garnered 17 years of experiences in the hotel industry.
