Buenos Aires chosen as the host city for the WTTC summit 2018

On Monday 6th November 2017 at a press conference held during the World travel Mart event, the minister of tourism Gustavo Santos along with the CEO and President of WTTC, Gloria Guevara showcased WTTC to the European Media and elite Travel Agents who were in attendance. It was announced that Buenos Aires has been chosen as the host city for the WTTC summit 2018.

The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) is the only global body that brings together all major players in the Travel & Tourism sector, enabling them to speak with One Voice to governments and international bodies. WTTC works to raise awareness of Travel & Tourism as one of the world’s largest economic sectors, supporting 292 million jobs and generating 10.2% of global GDP.

The WTTC Summit 2018 will take place on 18th and 19th April 2018 in the city of Buenos Aires.
