Four Seasons launches new app for Chinese travellers
Four Seasons has launched a dedicated App entirely in Simplified Chinese that has been uniquely designed to suit the preferred user experience of Chinese travellers.
Similar to the global Four Seasons App launched earlier this year, the new Four Seasons Chinese App offers on-the-go access to hotel services and expert concierge recommendations, with a culturally intuitive look and interface, tailored to Chinese guests. With just a few taps, users can access hotel services – such as check in/out, dining reservations and more – throughout China and in a select number of international hotels.
Also through the new App, these Four Seasons hotels and resorts offer local recommendations compiled by expert Four Seasons concierge teams. In the future, Four Seasons will continue to add destinations to the Chinese app, including the new Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin slated to open in 2016.
“The all-new Four Seasons Chinese App is an extension of the superior on-property and destination experiences offered by Four Seasons,” said Mike Crawford, president, Asia Pacific for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.
“It’s also a reflection of our deep commitment to providing the highest level of Four Seasons service to Chinese travellers, both within our expanding portfolio in the country, and around the world.”
The latest in a long history of innovations by the world’s leading luxury hospitality brand, the Four Seasons Chinese App puts personal customisation of a Four Seasons stay in the traveller’s own hands.
App features – which will continue to evolve based on guest insights – include the ability to make and manage reservations in multiple locations at once, efficient check-in and check-out, and options to make special requests in advance of arrival. Four Seasons also offers the unique opportunity to place room service orders and make restaurant reservations using the App at any time, both on-property and off-property.
The popular Four Seasons Recommends feature offers expert local recommendations, including restaurants, shopping, attractions and activities to make trip planning a breeze, plus personal recommendations of Four Seasons hotel concierges who know their destination best.
