Park Plaza Faridabad celebrates first anniversary of the gym Breathe with actor Rahul Dev

Park Plaza Faridabad, a unit of Sarovar Hotels Pvt. Ltd., recently celebrated the first anniversary of Breathe, the gym chain introduced and led by actor Rahul Dev, which was graced by the actor himself. Breathe is a brand which not only promotes weight loss and building muscles but also encourages adopting an effortless healthy lifestyle.

Speaking about his enthusiasm and passion for fitness, Rahul Dev said, “I’m very glad that Breathe has a completed a year at Park Plaza Faridabad and has been very well received by the residents here in Faridabad. It is extremely important to eat healthy and adopt a physically active lifestyle. A simple but healthy diet can go a long way in helping you achieve the fitness level that will ensure a vigorous life.”

Sharing his fitness secret and philosophy with the guests, he also conducted a live smoothie making demonstration. He prepared a Green Smoothie which he himself swears by for its extremely healthy, nutritious and rejuvenating factors. The recipe for this smoothie was specially created by his guru and mentor.

Rahul also spoke about his love for nature and the necessity of parks and green areas in the city to encourage people to be more physically active.
