STAAH inks distribution partnership with Loumage Hotels & Resorts

The group is the latest addition to STAAH’s rapidly growing property portfolio in the region. Expanding online exposure and revenue drive the decision for the prestigious hotel group.

“We are looking forward to a very successful partnership with STAAH,” says Mohamed Farouk, CEO, Loumage Hotels & Resorts. “We are confident that this agreement will bolster our online revenue through a better global reach and improved direct bookings.”

“Using this platform will free up property managers’ time spent updating multiple websites, and focus more on delivering an excellent guest experience.”

The information will be linked to Loumage Hotels & Resorts’ central reservation system, allowing instant updates on all platforms, dramatically reducing chances of over bookings.

The channel management solution has been tailored to meet the group’s requirement of centralised management, group reporting available on the go through the STAAH mobile app and a single login. In addition to the STAAH’s Instant Channel Manager solution, Loumage Hotels & Resorts will be using STAAH’s ConvertDirect Booking Engine with the aim of significantly increasing direct booking conversion rates by enabling the group website to be used as a direct, commission-free booking platform.

“We are delighted such a prestigious accommodation provider as the Loumage Hotels & Resorts has chosen to come onboard with us to simplify, centralise and improve their online distribution. We look forward to helping them reach more customers with ease and maximum efficiency,” says Tarun Joukani, Managing Director, STAAH India Ltd.

The partnership between STAAH and Loumage Hotels & Resorts extends to the group’s three properties as well as the ones in pipeline.
