TripAdvisor, the travel planning and booking site, today announced the winners of its Travellers’ Choice™ awards for Amusement Parks and Water Parks. Award winners were determined using an algorithm that took into account the quantity and quality of reviews and ratings for amusement parks and water parks worldwide, gathered over a 12-month period.
Nikhil Ganju, Country Manager, TripAdvisor India said “TripAdvisor is just in time with the Travellers’ Choice™ awards for Amusement and Water Parks, as summer wouldn’t be complete without a trip to these fun-filled attractions. Each is unique with an array of exhilarating rollercoaster rides, indoor shows and water rides that make for thrilling and unforgettable experiences for the entire family. TripAdvisor enables travellers looking for value to book hotels in these popular spots in July when the average rate is INR 3,728, which is 20% less than peak summer months.”
TripAdvisor has provided the cost of one-day admission, as well as the average bookable accommodation rates for summer for those planning to make a visit to one of these winning parks more than just a one-day trip.
