Key Themes Discussed

A central theme of the evening was the importance of creating meaningful conversations across different segments of the travel industry. While each delegate represented a distinct niche and business model, the discussion highlighted how the future of travel can be strengthened when next gen industry leaders come together beyond their individual specialisations to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and collectively contribute to the industry’s growth.

Discussions also touched upon:

  • Building stronger industry collaboration across niches
  • The value of peer-to-peer learning among emerging leaders
  • Balancing legacy with innovation
  • Technology and digital transformation
  • Changing traveller behaviour and expectations
  • Entrepreneurship, leadership and succession
  • Creating a collective voice for the future of the travel industry

More than a panel discussion, Built & Beyond served as a platform to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs by demonstrating how open dialogue, diverse perspectives, and industry-wide collaboration can help shape a stronger and more connected travel ecosystem.

A Platform for Industry Dialogue

With Built & Beyond, ASEGO aims to create a long-term platform that captures the voices of next-gen travel leaders, facilitates meaningful industry conversations, and documents the perspectives that will shape the future of the travel trade.

Episode Release

The first episode of Built & Beyond will be released across ASEGO’s digital platforms later this month, featuring extended conversations, personal anecdotes, leadership perspectives, and future-focused discussions from the participating delegates.
