Jet adds new capital connection from Mangaluru
Jet Airways has launched a new direct service between Delhi and Mangaluru, the port city on India’s west coast.
Effective immediately, the new route will operate daily using a Boeing 737 aircraft. Flights depart Mangaluru at 0820 and land at Delhi at 1110, before taking off again at 1500 and landing back in Mangaluru at 1750. Passengers from Mangaluru will be offered connections to several international destinations, including London, Amsterdam, Singapore and Hong Kong.
“While we already have one of the most extensive domestic networks in the industry connecting 46 cities, we’re constantly striving to enhance it further for greater convenience of our guests,” said Jayaraj Shanmugam, Jet’s chief commercial officer. “I’m confident the introduction of the new service will further cement our place as the airline of choice in the Indian skies.”
Jet already operates daily flights to Abu Dhabi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Dubai, and Mumbai from Mangaluru.
