Aitken Spence Travels, Sri Lanka appoints Nijhawan Group as their India Representatives

Aitken Spence Travels, the leading destination management company in Sri Lanka appoints India’s leading representation Company, Nijhawan Group as their sales and marketing representatives to develop the Indian outbound market to Sri Lanka. Nijhawan group will support the tour operators and travel agents in their sales efforts and to make Sri Lanka one of the most sought after destinations.

Announcing this partnership, Priyanka Nijhawan, Director- Representations, Nijhawan Group shared that Nijhawan Group has been the representing partner for Aitken Spence Hotels, Sri Lanka since 2013 and this initiative has been taken to further strengthen this collaboration in India and to maximize the numbers from India to Sri Lanka through Aitken Spence Travels.

The company is the only Destination Management Company to be accredited with the ISO 9001:2008 certification, and its operations conform to 14001:2004 environmental standards in compliance with Carbon Neutral status. Aitken Spence Travels also remains as the only DMC to be in the Hall of Fame of Tourism in Sri Lanka recognized by the Ministry of Tourism.
