Alan Peter Chacko joins LOT Polish Airlines in India

LOT Polish Airlines has appointed Alan Peter Chacko as Sales Manager India. Based in New Delhi, Alan Peter Chacko will oversee the commercial activities and key account relationships on behalf of the Polish Star Alliance member. He reports to Amit Ray, Regional Director India and DACH Markets of LOT Polish Airlines.

Before joining LOT Polish Airlines, Alan Peter Chacko held various senior positions within the Lufthansa Group in India. For the past four years, he was Senior Manager Sales Products and Programs & Service Provider Coordination with responsibility for the entire South Asian market. From 2006 till 2009 he was the Group’s General Manager, Passenger Sales North India before he became Manager – Leisure Sales, Customer Care & Call Centre Business India.

Operations to commence on 12th September 2019

LOT Polish Airlines, which is celebrating its 90th anniversary this year, will launch nonstop services between New Delhi and its Star Alliance hub in Warsaw on 12th September 2019. Flight LO 072 will depart from New Delhi at 11:15 am and land in Warsaw at 3:50 pm (8 hours flying time). Flight LO 071 will leave Warsaw at 10:40 pm and reach New Delhi at 9:00 am (next morning) with a flying time of just 7:05 hours.

Connectivity to more than 80 destinations across the LOT network

Via Warsaw, business and leisure travellers from India can now easily connect to over 80 LOT destinations throughout Europe and North America. Due to short connecting times at Warsaw, passengers can experience seamless connectivity to cities such as London, Cracow, Budapest, Prague, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Berlin, Duesseldorf, Hamburg, Vienna, Zurich, Geneva, Oslo, Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and many more.

The new nonstop flights between New Delhi and Warsaw will operate five times per week using state-of-the-art Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft. In fact, all LOT Polish Airlines long-haul flights are solely operated by modern Boeing B787 Dreamliner, featuring three class of service (LOT Business Class, LOT Premium Economy Class and LOT Economy Class).

LOT Polish Airlines is a member of Star Alliance since 2003 and a fully integrated member of the Miles & More frequent flyer program.
