At the hotel’s two-Michelin-starred Moments restaurant, seven-Michelin-star Carme Ruscalleda and her son Raül Balam will present a tasting menu inspired by the world of opera. Guests will be able to choose from twelve opera-themed dishes, including the Three Tenors, which is Italian tigella bread and squid stuffed with sausage, Wagner, made with German cheese and beetroot, and The Marriage of Figaro, made with white garlic, Spanish dried peppers, Sevillan olives and sardines. Served on opera-inspired crockery, these dishes will make the world of opera come alive for guests’ taste-buds, complementing what they see and hear on stage.

Cava will then be served at the Circulo del Liceo, an English-style private club with an impressive art collection that has been favoured by local high society since it was founded in 1847.

Depending on when guests book the Musical and gastronomic opera experience package, they can choose to see either Don Quixote, I Puritani, L’Italiana in Algeri or Madama Butterfly. During the opera intermission, cava and appetizers will be served.
