1589 Hotels added 16 properties to its portfolio from April 2017 to March 2018
It has been a very successful and aggressive growth year for 1589 Hotels. Pankaj Giroti, CHA – VP Development & PR, states that the Team together have been able to add on 16 Hotels & Resorts to their Multi Brand Portfolio increasing the room count by 828 Rooms, destinations added are – Greater Noida, Vridavan, Udaipur, Bhopal, Alwar, Jim Corbett, Bhavnagar, Mirzapur, Ambaji, Jaipur , Goa, Dalhousie, Dharamshala. 1589 Hotels now commands a total inventory of 1710 rooms between 36 Operational Properties and 9 under Project stage. The Multi ‘Brands’ of the Company consist of – Brij, Clarks Resort, Arte’, Gen X, RnB Select & Rnb. A very Unique mix of Uber Luxury Heritage Experience, to a 5 Star Resort, a Contemporary 4 Star & 3 Star offerings, to a Boutique BnB Operations.
Our Target for April 2018 – March 2019 is to add on 24 Hotels / Resorts to our kitty under Owner Ship Module, Management Contract Module, and Revenue Share & MG Modules.
