The pop-up is helmed by Sous Chef Ravinder Singh, who brings Kaansa’s signature philosophy to life honouring traditional Indian recipes while elevating them through modern culinary artistry. This limited-time culinary showcase features specially curated set menus featuring vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies, offering guests a refined journey through India’s rich culinary heritage reimagined with contemporary finesse. Guests can savour signature creations including Dal Kaansa, Gulab Jamun Ki Sabzi, Kaala Mutton Curry, Badami Murgh Shorba, Misthi Doi Brulee and other distinctive specialties curated exclusively for this showcase.
