AirAsia offers tickets from Rs.999 on domestic routes, Rs.1999 overseas

With festive season, come great offers and discounts in the airline sector. As part of its “Big Sale”, AirAsia India is offering all-inclusive tickets starting at Rs. 999. The travel period is from March 1, 2018, to November 21, 2018. Bookings under the offer can be made until September 17, 2017, AirAsia said on its website.

The offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis as seats are limited in number. However, you need to book your ticket in advance to avail the limited-period promotional scheme. “The earlier you book the bigger the surprise,” AirAsia further said on its portal.

Ticket fares for Bagdogra-Kolkata route stand at Rs 999 (all inclusive). In addition, all-inclusive Rs. 1,099, being offered on the Bhubaneswar-Kolkata, Kochi-Bengaluru, Goa-Bengaluru, Guwahati-Imphal and Hyderabad-Bengaluru routes on AirAsia India’s network. According to the airline, fare for Ranchi-Kolkata route starts from Rs. 1,399, Pune-Bengaluru from Rs. 1,499, Delhi-Srinagar from Rs. 1,699, Jaipur-Hyderabad from Rs. 1,999 and Chandigarh-Bengaluru from Rs. 3,199 respectively. However, it should also be noted that the fares are not available during the embargo period.

Not only domestic destinations, AirAsia have also offered discounts on some of the select international flights connecting India. As per the portal, a connecting flight from Mumbai to Jakarta via Kuala Lumpur costs Rs 7019 and Mumbai to Melbourne via Kuala Lumpur costs Rs 10,376. Some other promotional fares included all-inclusive Rs. 2,999 tickets for flights from Kochi to Kuala Lumpur, the portal showed. Also, the airline offered all-inclusive tickets for flights from Visakhapatnam to Kuala Lumpur starting at Rs. 1,999.

The Big Sale offer is applicable on one-way flights. The airline said the scheme covered 5 million promo seats. Earlier this week, AirAsia inducted a new Airbus A320 aircraft in its fleet and commence flight services to three new routes from Ranchi from next month.
