Travel industry convenes in IATTE networking event

The Indian Association of Travel and Tourism Experts (IATTE) organised an in-person networking event for its vast community of travel industry representatives on 19th February 2022 in Delhi. With many members in attendance, the networking event at Ardor 2.1 Cafe in New Delhi’s Connaught Place was a major success. Members and guests had a chance to mingle, talk, network, and enjoy the company of like-minded people. There was merriment, and fun, with attendees joining in dancing.

Led by the IATTE National Core Committee Members, President Naveen Manchanda, National Advisor Subhash Verma, General Secretary Veena Robinson, Joint Secretary Gaurav Khandelwal, Joint Secretary Jatin G Mehta, Treasurer Aanal Dabhi and EC Member Nischay Manchanda,  the event was an excellent example of the vision of IATTE. It was streamed live on the IATTE Facebook channel, bringing together members and interested persons who could not attend.

Founded during the lockdown, IATTE is an online platform bringing together organised and non organised travel and tourism agents. Throughout the past 2 years, IATTE has conducted multiple online meets between its members, along with an in-person networking event in 2021. With an open-door policy, IATTE welcomes new members so as to create India’s largest community of travel and tourism experts on one single platform.

2In the future, IATTE plans to conduct offline and online sessions, to suit the preferences of travel community members across India and internationally. While online sessions of ‘Koffee with IATTE’ are held frequently and are a great way for travel experts and members to interact, in-person meets are organic, fun, and great for networking.

4With objectives to empower, connect, and sustain, IATTE is on a strong path towards bringing travel and tourism experts together and bringing India closer to the world. Promoting responsible and sustainable tourism, IATTE envisions negotiating travel and tourism services for benefit of IATTE members and their associations.
