Ashutosh has been serving as the Executive Sous Chef at the property, where he has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership, culinary expertise, and a deep commitment to operational excellence. With nearly two decades of diverse experience across top hospitality brands like Hyatt, Emaar Hospitality Group and IHG, he brings with him a strong background in multi-cuisine operations, large-scale banquet planning, kitchen management, and team development.
Throughout his career, Ashutosh has helmed culinary operations at high-volume venues, managed successful banqueting events for over 1500 guests, and maintained a sharp focus on food quality, hygiene standards, and guest satisfaction. His culinary strengths span Italian, Asian, Indian, and Continental cuisines, and his track record of performance and innovation makes him the ideal choice for this leadership role.
