A blend of heritage and tradition
Greenery, architecture and royal heritage with a strong local flavour are the highlights of Arya Niwas.
Arya Niwas, the heritage hotel group based in Jaipur promises to offer value-for money service, pleasant environment and home-styled food all at reasonable rates. In this hyper-connected age, heritage properties are in high demand in Rajasthan and a large number of hospitality players have emerged in the field. It is quite difficult to provide a bouquet of quality services at a reasonable price.
According to Tarun Bansal, General Manager, Arya Niwas, “Our strategies to attract travellers have been to offer great value service and to provide contemporary, updated service with a traditional feel and ambience. We do offer complete transparency in pricing and our prices are fixed and reasonable. We have a range of services under one roof including travel and ticketing facilities for our guests.”
The group has four hotels in Jaipur of which the flagship hotel- Arya Niwas is going through expansion phase and will soon be equipped with 40 more rooms, swimming pool, gym, spa and conference room facilities. Bansal informed, “We have taken up the expansion programme in the current year that will transform our hotel into a 200 room property with allied services. Our hotel group is into offering innovative travel solutions like walking and cycling tours in tourist heavyplaces like Jaipur, Udaipur and Jodhpur to make the vacation into a pleasurable experience.”
The group’s Om Niwas Suite hotel is its latest venture that also forms the premier all suite hotel in Rajasthan. Bansal added, “We have around 50 per cent domestic and another 50 per cent global tourists into our hotel. Our annual occupancy is 75 per cent in all our four properties. We have a target to keep up with our occupancy level and increase it by 5 per cent. The hospitality business in Jaipur has become highly competitive and the flow of global tourists from the European countries has dropped as compared to the last decade.”
