LGBT tourism in Argentina was Awarded in the United States

The Tourism of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) people from Argentina was Recognized Once Again. This time, the Ministry of Tourism of the Nation, through the National Institute of Tourism Promotion (INPROTUR), was honored to receive the “Global LGBT Visibility Award 2016″ during the NGLCC National Dinner, held in Washington DC, the capital of the United States of America.
During the ceremony – Which was Attended by the Mayor of the District of Columbia, Ms. Muriel Bowser – the United States Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC)made a special mention to the Minister of Tourism of Argentina, Mr. Gustavo Santos, for the constant Work That has – been doing in Argentina esta tourism segment. For almost a decade, the NGLCC have Carried out a joint task With the Argentinian Gay Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (CCGLAR).
According to figures from the recent “Americas Quarterly’s 2016 Inclusion Index”, Argentina leads LGBT inclusion in the region With the first position in “LGBT Friendliness” in North, Central and South America.
