Smiths Detection launches new website in China
Smiths Detection today launched a new website at smithsdetection.cn. The website offers quick and easy navigation to Smiths Detection’s products and services in Simplified Chinese, specifically designed for the Chinese market.
With the new website, Smiths Detection reaffirms its long-term commitment to the China and Asia-Pacific region as the industry continues to grow.
Nathan Manzi, Vice President, Asia Pacific, Smiths Detection, said: “The Asian aviation market has a strong growth projection. China, in particular, is poised to grow as one of the biggest players in the aviation market. They expect to build more than 500 general aviation airports and own 5,000 aircraft by the end of 2020.”
Key features of the new website include clean and organised access to a full product catalogue, complete with datasheets and specs, as well as a contact form to get in touch with the company. Visitors to the website can expect regular updates with news, announcements, latest offerings and other key information.
“Our Chinese website launch is just the beginning of our ongoing strategy to expand our presence and connect with – both current and prospective – customers in the region. We will continue to bring integrated security and threat detection solutions to airport operators, and help them achieve operational efficiency and security effectiveness in this evolving aviation landscape,” added Manzi.
