The Engadin Valley will host Jamie Cullum for a free concert, celebrating the 10th Anniversary of Festival da Jazz

Festival da Jazz in St. Moritz has developed into the pearl of European jazz festivals. Many jazz luminaries come here to rendezvous in familiar surroundings such as hick Corea, Herbie Hancock, Richard Galliano, Brad Mehldau and Randy Crawford. This year, Festival da Jazz St. Moritz is celebrating the 10th anniversary with the free appearance of the international superstar.

On Wednesday 19 July 2017, Jamie Cullum will give a free concert at the Oberengadiner Hausberg Muottas Muragl that will set a fabulous backdrop of the Swiss Alps. With more than 10 million albums sold, Cullum is considered the most successful UK jazz musician ever. Cullum was also nominated for two Golden Globes and won numerous awards worldwide. He also performed for Queen Elizabeth during her birthday celebration.

The Jazz Festival in St. Moritz offers concerts of jazz-funk, jazz-soul, swing, bossa- nova, singer songwriter, mainstream, bebop, post-bop to blues and gospel power and is the largest small stage for international stars. Each performance is limited to 150 attendees and offers guaranteed musical enjoyment up close to the artists.

About Festival Da Jazz: The highest jazz festival in the world was founded in 2007 by Christian Jott Jenny. The concerts now attract music lovers from all over the world. The main venue for the Festival da Jazz St. Moritz is Dracula Club, which was only accessible to the public during the concert season. The festival is characterized by an intimate setting, in which internationally renowned artists perform in front of a maximum of 150 spectators.
