The Jameson Retreat at One&Only Reethi Rah, Maldives
The Jameson Retreat combines science, fitness and diet to deliver a one of a kind retreat. Created in exclusive partnership with elite health and fitness expert, Harry Jameson, guests undergo a full body biometric and physiological assessment prior to arrival. Once at the resort, a personalised programme of one-to-one personal training, yoga, stretching and therapeutic meditation, perfectly balanced with specially tailored cuisine, and plenty of down-time is curated to with a beautiful setting and state-of-the-art amenities.
Pre-treatment assessment: Guest undergoes a comprehensive full body biometric and physiological testing. It’s designed to equip the Jameson team of trainers, nutritionist etc with the tools and knowledge required to construct the guests’ individual programmes.
Retreat: A daily structure of elite one-to-one personal training, hybrid Yoga/or Pilates and therapeutic mediation is perfectly balanced with specially tailored cuisine and freshly prepared antioxidant shakes designed to both cleanse and de-stress the mind. In addition to core body conditioning with the reduction of cellular damage, guests will benefit from plenty of free time to enjoy the retreat.
Following the stay, the guest remains in close contact with their assigned trainer as they are guided through the 5 week aftercare training package (this varies according to which package is purchased which includes a 60 minute aftercare review session to understand the changes.
* An initial full body biometric testing service with one of the Jameson trainers which incorporates a 72 hour stress and sleep monitoring, body composition and anthropometric measurements, cardiovascular fitness test, food intolerance test and an oxidative stress biomarker with breath analysis.
Starting from USD 13,000 per person, the package includes a stay for 6 days and 6 nights at One&Only Reethi Rah, Maldives, fitness sessions with The Jameson team and personal training, tailored dining, aftercare program and a personalised gift. The program is valid from 14-20 May and 8-14 Oct 2017.
