Vistara recently announced bookings for its 12th destination – Varanasi. Starting October 21, 2015, Vistara will offer daily flight on the Delhi-Varanasi-Delhi route.

Starting October 21, 2015 Vistara will offer daily flight on the Delhi-Varanasi-Delhi route.Varanasi, one of the oldest and colorful cities of India, also regarded an abodeof Hinduism, is Vistara’s third destination in the northIndia after Delhi and Lucknow.

Tourists throng Varanasi to get the quintessential divine experience and enjoy the city’s unique mysticalcharm. Situated on the banks of the holy River Ganges, it is commonly known as Banaras. Roots of Varanasi can be traced back 5000 years and its existence has been noted in many Hindu scriptures. Being a popular commercial and industrial center, the city is famous for its muslin, perfumes, ivory works, sculptures and silk fabrics.
