Director Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) New Delhi awarded as ”Super Women”
Ms. Runjuan Tongrut, the Director of Tourism Authority of Thailand (New Delhi) was recently awarded the “Super Woman” award by Radio One 94.3. Ms Tongrut was awarded in the tourism and hospitality sector for her outstanding efforts and achievements to promote Thailand as a great holiday destination for all type of travelers specially women.
The Super Women Awards 2015 is a Fresh initiative of Radio Channel, Radio One 94.3, to recognize and acknowledge hard working, innovative and successful women in various fields. The award was announced and presented to 7 women in different roles on 22nd December 2015 in New Delhi.
The awardees included fashion designers, women in health care sector ,corporate , sports, environment & science to name a few. Upon receiving the award she said, “It is my great honor and privileged to be awarded the “Super Woman” award. I am glad that our society recognizes women’s role more and more now. Also, the award came at the same time as TAT promotes “women solo packages” to Thailand, which made it all the more special. I would like to thank Radio one 94.3 for a great initiative and I wish this initiative will be continued and will receive great support from the society “, she added.
