Tango Argentino at the foot of the famous Neuschwanstein Castle
The Ministry of Tourism of the Nation, through the National Institute of Tourism (INPROTUR), attended last October 27 at the Hopfensee House, Fussen, Germany to witness a Argentina day in full German soil. There, an event that mixed Tango, exhibitions on tourism in our country and tastings of wines from the province of Mendoza was developed. It is worth mentioning that the invitation to INPROTUR was conducted by the mayor of Fussen, Paul Iacob, who moved the proposal to the Argentine Consul General in Frankfurt, Edgardo Malaroda, Argentina to spend a night.
Heinz Hipp, the City Council of the town of Füssen, and the Deputy Consul of Argentina, Federico Petrecca, opened the night. Both stressed the common ground with Germany and Argentina and valued the friendship between the two countries. Petrecca thanked the hospitality of the city, while Hipp was introduced in the history of Tango and thus prepared the public for the show.
A head, the classic Tango legend Carlos Gardel, sounded like bonus track after the public had asked a repetition by firing under ovations singer Omar Fernandez and Juan were Coacci Quartet. For an hour the audience were carried away by the music of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Buenos Aires and San Telmo and La Boca, with its cobbled streets and bars, where tango was born. Prior to the musical act, Daniel Kusebauch, INPROTUR representative in Germany, presented to the audience the beauty and the many facets of the South American country in an audiovisual presentation.
Similarly, Kusebauch participants traveled by striking regions of glaciers in Patagonia to the southernmost point in the Beagle Channel in Tierra del Fuego. At the end of his presentation he emphasized the beauty of the Route of the Seven Lakes and the variety of Neuquén province in Patagonia, highlighting the treasure that represents Villa La Angostura in the region.
Both cities, Fussen and Villa La Angostura, are interested in deepening the friendship between them. Night Argentina was organized as decentralized as promoting tourism in the Argentine Consulate in Frankfurt, with the support of INPROTUR. After the musical show participants had the opportunity to taste select Argentine wine. The event in South Bavaria ended between conversations and stories about Argentina.
