Flight check-in extended to Hotel Sahara Star by Mumbai airport

Hotel Sahara Star, known for excellence in hospitality and innovation in service, has set up flight check in kiosks within the hotel premises. The kiosk is a self-service platform, which enables the passenger to check in, print the boarding pass and head straight to the airport and board the flight without having the hassles of checking in at the airline counter.

These kiosks permit the passengers staying at the hotel to effortlessly check-in for a flight out of Mumbai, print their boarding passes from the kiosks that are made accessible at the hotel lobby and thereby, have a stress free and time saving experience.

Salil Fadnis, Deputy General Manager, Hotel Sahara Star, said “We get a lot of passengers as guests since we are very close to the Mumbai airport. To save their time and make their experience stress free, we have installed self-check-in kiosks at the hotel. Being the first ones to do so, we have been given a positive feedback and are been appraised for extending this facilities to our guest.”

Once the passenger reaches the airport, they have to drop these tagged check-in bags at the ‘self-bag drop’ or ‘fast bag drop’ counter and advance for security clearance. This facility has reduced the queues at the check-in counters at the airport, making the journey hassle-free.
