Israel Ministry of Tourism opens welcome desk at Ben-Gurion Airport
The Israel Ministry of Tourism is expanding its activities at Ben-Gurion International Airport with the set up of a new welcome desk for incoming tourists in the arrivals hall of the airport. The idea is to offer a service to travellers seeking information regarding public transportation, accommodation, attractions, maps and more. The new welcome desk inaugurated on 2nd August, 2018 is in addition to the permanent welcome desk, positioned in the baggage hall.
Tourism Minister Yariv Levin, who inaugurated the welcome desk, said, “This year we are set to reach about 4 million incoming tourists and this welcome desk will provide them with an immediate response, so that their visit to Israel will be as successful as possible.”
