Master Class on US Poultry, India Barista Championship (IBC): (a platform for coffee professionals and enthusiasts to share their knowledge), Gelato Championship, ProWein Education Campaign are among the key attractions at the 2nd Edition of Food and Hotel India Expo (FHIn) – organised by Informa Markets in India (formerly UBM India), between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm from September 18 and 20, 2019 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai hosts multiple attractions.
Other key must-attend activities include at FHIn 2019 include, India International Culinary Classic, India’s Leading Restaurant Chains, General Manger’s Conclave, Masterclass on Kitchen Design & Planning & Housekeeping Seminar, Hospitality Strategy Summit (HSS2019): (for industry knowledge exchange), India International Culinary Classic (IICC): (where culinary talents across India display their food mastery), Prowein Education Campaign India, (discussing the liquor business game plan for the future), Raw to Refresh: (Workshop converting food products into gourmet dishes), Journey to Entrepreneur: (Interactive session held by a premium start-up investors), Food Styling: (workshop for chefs across the hotels and restaurants.
