WelcomHeritage, the largest heritage hotel chain in the country has been known for its collection of properties at offbeat locations and “Unique Experiences”. Each of its hotel has a story to share. Further, in order to recapitulate the responsibility towards the guests and partners, WelcomHeritage has initiated #Saaf&Safe WelcomHeritage to redefine the essentials of hygiene and safety protocols at all its hotels and ensuring a safe experience.
The brand has defined 9 essential elements to ensure safe stay experience. These set hygiene and safety protocols will be adhered to throughout the chain assuring a safe environment for the guests and associates.
These elements primarily revolve around – hygiene checks, deeply cleaned and sanitized rooms, social distancing measures, F&B hygiene and safe handling procedures, safe meetings, trained skilled team, encouraging digital payments, operational preparedness and setting up emergency response protocols. The whole idea is to give confidence to the guests and associates.
The brand recently organized a web training programme by the specialists providing inputs to the hotels to step up the hygiene and safety protocols and will continue to closely monitor the current pandemic and further enhance its hygiene and safety measures ensuring well-being of their guests and associates.
