InterGlobe Technology Quotient organizes Annual Sales Conference 2016 in Lavasa
InterGlobe Technology Quotient (ITQ) organised an Annual Sales Conference in the beautiful city of Lavasa, Maharashtra from May 13th to 15th 2016, to celebrate the success and achievements of the team. Various interesting sessions were held to blend in the motivation and learning with enjoyment at leisure.
Based on the ‘The Leapfrog’ theme, the entire team was encouraged to take the ‘leap’ from being hard workers to owners of their core functional areas, initiators of processes and thereby being innovators in their respective fields.
Addressing the entire team from sales to training force, Anil Parashar, CEO-ITQ, congratulated everyone on the tremendous effort the team has put forth to make ITQ best in the GDS industry and to encourage he further added, “Passion is the most important element in one’s professional journey. We cannot be successful enough if we lack passion in whatever we do. And the passion does not have an expiry date; it stays with you from the day it is ignited.”
Sandeep Dwivedi, CCO-ITQ, unfolding the future plans of the team said, “This year we need to step back a bit and analyze how to do things in a better way, how to offer solutions rather than offering products per se. Customer orientation, data analysis and interpretation should play a key role in our service delivery and we can only do it if, we work together and create awareness across regions.“
