Real-time two-way distribution, multi-room type booking and e cart view functionality

Real-time two-way distribution, multi-room type booking and e cart view functionality make it a next–gen booking solution for hoteliers

RezNext, a leading real-time distribution company, has brought out its new version of RezE- the industry leading Internet Booking Engine. This new development release features rich functionality that markets the hotel to guests at all touch points.

The e cart view and the multiple-room type booking functionality makes this new release very unique and distinct from other solutions in the market. Adding to this is the real-time two-way connect that RezE has with the hotel PMS. Hoteliers can automate their reservation process and have their bookings spontaneously flow from the hotel website into their PMS real-time.

“The core of our distribution offering is the real-time two way connectivity that we offer between the hotel system and the distribution channels including the hotel website. Hoteliers can publish real-time packages on their website making their offering on this channel as compelling as what is available on a third party site. This new release allows hoteliers to track the guest’s journey and offer promo codes to those who exited without making a booking. It also intelligently picks up the previous booking details of the guest from the hotel PMS and makes it available to them at the point of decision making, simplifying the booking process”, said Mike Kistner, Chief Executive Officer, RezNext Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. “Our focus is on delivering guest centric technology solutions to our clients so that the adoption among the end user- the guest, is high. This will help our hotel customers attract more guests to their website and drive profitable bookings”, added Mike Kistner.

The new release of RezE is focused on simplifying the booking process for the guest. The multi-room type booking feature and the e cart view is built to achieve this objective. The e cart view allows guests to choose multiple services other than rooms like spa, F &B, airport pick up/ drop and combine them and make a single transaction for all services selected. This feature allows hotels to cross sell their services while allowing guests to make a quick purchase.

“Hosted on the cloud with Windows Azure and built on. NET MVC platform this new release is highly scalable and can support room bookings across properties for a large group hotel website too. It also interfaces with multiple payment gateways. We believe hotel imagery plays a key role in influencing a booking decision and we have incorporated this learning into the new release, making it graphically rich. Today’s online savvy customer also prefers to book multiple room types at one go and hence we have introduced this concept in our new release,” said Kevin Dcosta, Product Head, RezNext Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd.”

The recent partnership with internet moguls to offer digital marketing services along with the Internet booking engine makes this a complete solution set for hoteliers looking to develop their hotel website into a dynamic revenue generating channel.

“Our focus is on delivering guest centric technology solutions to our clients so that the adoption among the end user- the guest, is high. This will help our hotel customers attract more guests to their website and drive profitable bookings.”
