Preferred Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest independent hotel brand, announces the addition of 24 member hotels over the past three months, which mark the company’s debut in key regions, signal the expansion of existing partnerships, and represent enhanced presence in key markets.

The Hari London – London, United Kingdom

Located in the quintessentially British district of Belgravia, The Hari Hotel London bridges the gap between 19th Century London and modern day. Featuringan eclectic mix of social spaces, all designed with a focus on comfort and elegance, The Hari is an ideal gathering place for both London residentsand travelers. Guests seeking a full-service wellness retreat in the heart of the bustling city will enjoy the Lancaster Wellness Floor, boasting an expansive gym, a 20-meter pool, a pool bar featuring healthy dishes, and The Spa at Lancaster, which will specialize in a range of Asian-inspired therapies. The family-friendly hotel will also offer Thai and international cuisines at its all-day dining restaurant, as well as two bars serving cocktails and tapas.

Vivienda Granada& Vivienda Residences – Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Preferred Hotels & Resorts marked first-time presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the addition of Vivienda Granada and Vivienda Residences, two boutiquepropertieslocated inthe capital city of Riyadh. Vivienda Residence is comprised of 12 private villas and on-site amenities such as a pool, gym, and a soon-to-open pop-up restaurant with a calendar of visiting Michelin-starred chefs. Sister property Vivienda Granada offers spacious villa-style accommodations andworld-class service including 24-hour butler service. The prime location of both properties places guests nearby to historical sites, shopping centers, and the city’s main business center.

Tarrytown House Estate & Conference Center – Tarrytown, New York

Travelers looking to escape the Manhattan madness can head to the famed Sleepy Hollow Country in New York’s Westchester County to experience the natural surroundings of Tarrytown House Estate.
