Specially created menu pays homage to Champagne with hand-picked selections to accompany sublime cuisine.

Le French GourMay, the festival of French culinary and wine culture returns to Hong Kong and Macao throughout May. To mark the event,
The Parisian Macao’s classic French Brasserie restaurant is offering a specially created, champagne paired four-course Le French GourMay menu for just MOP 388* from May 1 – 31, 2017.

The Champagne menu options include baked scallops with an onion compote and crayfish sauce, foie gras and rabbit terrine en croûte, asparagus veloute with poached egg, French poultry breast in morel sauce on cabbage compote, sea bass quenelle and Boston lobster in Champagne sauce, with cheese platter and strawberry romanoff for dessert. Accompanying these exquisite selections are delicious and distinctive wines from Bouchard Roses de Jeanne, Cote de Val-Vilaine 2014, Royer Blanc de Blancs Cuvee des Chevaliers, Grand Cru NV, Bedel Francoise, Dis, Vin Secret 2006 and Taillet Rose 2012.

Designed to increase visibility and awareness of French cuisine and wines, the 9th edition of Le French GourMay has the support of over 120 restaurants, 93 shops and 56 importers for this year’s event. In addition 12 workshops focusing on Champagne will also be part of the festival and hosted by organisations including Alliance Francaise de Macao, Hong Kong Sommelier Bartender Training College and Hong Kong Wine Academy.

Located at Level 3 of The Parisian Macao, Brasserie features some of France’s most popular and authentic dishes.
