Embark on a royal culinary journey as Aloft New Delhi Aerocity introduces a ten-day Rajasthani Food Festival at Nook, its signature all-day dining restaurant. Foodies can explore the hidden treasures of local delicacies from this destination till 23rd September. Synonymous to its rich food and culture, Rajasthan is also popularly known as the land of Maharajas.

In-house Master Indian Chef Vipin is at the helm of this majestic experience. Chef Vipin who creates delicious Rajasthani cuisine has recreated flavorsome dishes specially for Delhi-ites. The exclusive buffet menu includes Ker Sangri, Laal Maas, Rajasthani Gatta Curry, Maas Ke Sule, all-time favourite Dal Batti Churma, Ghevar, mithais and much more.
