In-house Master Indian Chef Vipin is at the helm of this majestic experience. Chef Vipin who creates delicious Rajasthani cuisine has recreated flavorsome dishes specially for Delhi-ites. The exclusive buffet menu includes Ker Sangri, Laal Maas, Rajasthani Gatta Curry, Maas Ke Sule, all-time favourite Dal Batti Churma, Ghevar, mithais and much more. While relishing the main course, one can also sip tangy jal-jeera, lassi and other welcome drinks.
