Argentina presents its tourism in Spain

For more than five days, the Ministry of Tourism of the Nation participates one of the most important global trade fairs, showing
natural attractions and cuisine from all regions of country. Tourism Minister’s Office, Gustavo Santos, heads the Argentina delegation will have a great display during the days of  the fair and participating in various tourism related Argentine provinces of Argentina Chamber of Tourism and the Federation of Hotels and Gastronomy.

Minister Santos said that “Argentina is open and more connected to the world. In the most important fair of the Spanish language show our landscapes, our gastronomy and the warmth of our people.”

On the opening day of FITUR 2018 they were present in space Argentine Deputy Secretary General of the Presidency, Valentin Diaz Gilligan; the governor of the province of Mendoza, Alfredo Cornejo; he ambassador to Spain, Ramon Puerta; and the president of the Argentina Chamber Tourism, Aldo Elias.

In the 2017 edition, FITUR has beaten participation record with 9,893 exhibiting companies from 165 countries / regions, 135,000 participants professional visitors and 109,000 general public. It is necessary to highlight a  18.8% growth of international trade visitors with regarding the 2016 edition.

Also, the volume of business appointments that have been scheduled and managed in FITUR, have risen to 6,800 appointments.
The presence of 7,542 journalists also evidence that the expectation It generates on the international circuit of trade fairs.
