Association of Hospitality Professional is organizing its 3rd edition of Hospitality Challenge- 2016

Association of Hospitality Professional is organizing its 3rd edition of Hospitality Challenge- 2016 scheduled from 21st June to 08th July 2016 in Delhi & NCR. Being one of the biggest hospitality events, it will see coming together over 175 Hospitality professionals showcasing their skills & expertise in 7 different categories.  The objective of Hospitality Challenge is to promote and encourage the Hospitality Professionals who work behind the scene.

Young Hospitality professionals from all the prominent hotels in Delhi & NCR to showcase their skills, knowledge and innovation from different departments such as FOOD PRODUCTION, F & B SERVICE, HOUSEKEEPING and FRONT OFFICE . It will be a Six day event to recognize excellence in Hospitality art in India. The renowned Professionals from hospitality industry will be participating in this event as Juries. The association would also be giving away awards to most deserving hospitality professionals for excellence in their fields.

Competitions:   –   War of Spirits (Cocktail Competition), Art of Napkin Folding

 

June 24th 2016: FRONT OFFICE Venue- INDIAN HOTEL ACADEMY, NEW DELHI

Competitions: FRONT OFFICE MASTER

 

July 2nd – 4th 2015: CULINARY CHALLENG, Venue- DELHI INSTITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT, NEWDELHI

Competitions:  Biryani Competition, Indian Regional Cuisine, Oriental Cuisine, International Cuisine, Sweet Sensation, Dressing a Cake, Confectionary, Wedding Cake and 45 MINUTES CHALLENGE.
