Barbeque Nation restaurant launches in Aurangabad
Barbeque Nation has unveiled its first restaurant in Aurangabad, also known as ‘The City of Gates’. Spread over an area of 3500 square feet, the new restaurant is located at Prozone Mall, one of the largest malls in the city.
Orphanage Kids from JijaMata Anathalay and Balashram were invited to the launch as guests of honour. Foodies in Aurangabad now stand a chance to experience the joy of grilling their own vegetarian and non -vegetarian barbeques on live grills, embedded on the tables at the restaurant.
Barbeque Nation, pioneer of ‘DIY’ (do-it-yourself) cuisine with a concept of live on – the-table grill, is the largest casual dining brand in the country. The restaurant offers a pre-fixed menu with a fixed price. The menu is drawn from Mediterranean, American, Oriental, Asian and Indian cuisines. Customers can grill starters in a range of marinades and sauces and enjoy them right off the skewers, at their own tables. Apart from offering a delectable menu, the ambience at the restaurant follows a theme that radiates a contemporary, vibrant and sizzling skewers on tables that double as live kitchen.
The eat-all-you-can buffet at barbeque nation showcases an array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian spread. The famous starters on offer will include, Dohra Sheekh Kabab, Chilli Garlic Prawns, Chimichuri Fish Tikka, Tangdi Siya Mirch for the non-vegetarians. Vegetarians can dig into the mouth-watering Hari Gobhi Aur Matter Ke Tikki, Home style Potato Wedges with Chilli Salsa, Cajun Spice Baby Potato and Phaldhari Chat.
To satiate the sweet tooth, the dessert menu comprises Almond Fudge Brownie, Assorted Pastry, Angoori Gulab Jamun, Moong Dal Halwa, and Kesari Phirnee, along with a wide range of Kulfis at the restaurant’s most famous Kulfi Nation counter, where guests can mix various flavours and create different combinations.
