Visa Note & Fees

Transit Visa

  • Belize doesn’t issue transit visa.

Business Visa

  • The Applicant must possess a passport valid for six months from the date of applying the visa and minimum two blank pages for visa stamps, along with the photocopy of the passport. Also, attach all old passports (if any).
  • One duly filled visa application form (photocopy allowed).
  • Two latest passport size photographs.
  • A covering letter from the Applicant on company’s letter head stating his / her Name, Designation, Passport Number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to the ‘Consulate of Belize’, New Delhi.
  • The copy of Invitation Letter from Belize Inviter/ inviting Organization stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay. The letter should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.
  • Copy of the Income Tax returns for the last 2 years.
  • Bank statement last six months.
  • Evidence of Hotel stay should be attached along with the form.
  • Confirmed onward / return air ticket should also be attached with the form.
  • Also, applicants are advised to mention the period and exact date of travel.
  • If Self Employed:
  1. CRC (Company Registration Certificate) / Certificate of Incorporation / Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership Deed.
  2. The Company Profile.
  • Articles of Memorandum (In case the Applicant is MD/Director of the Company).
  1. Proof of occupation.
  • Incomplete and incorrect information filled out will be returned. Applicants must answer all questions thoroughly and accurately. If a question does not apply, please type / write N/A.
  • The Visa fee once tendered is non-refundable and subject to change without notice.
  • Visa is valid for 3 months with Single entry.
  • All applications are referred to Belize for approval and can take up to 10 to 15 days.
  • Visa fee is (payable in INR) to be paid in form of a bank draft drawn in favor of ‘Consulate of Belize’.
  • Visa Fee – Rs. 16, 500.

Seamen Visa

  • Indian seamen traveling on duty must hold letter of guarantee from the shipping company with seamen book and passport.
  • A fax message from the shipping company in Belize to the Consulate giving particulars of the seamen, date and port of joining is required.
  • Documentation is required as similar to that of business visa. No other category of visa is issued.

Work Permit/Student Visa

Belize doesn’t issue work permit or student visa.

Tourist Visa
