Visa Note & Fees
Seamen Visa
- The Applicant must possess a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.
- Visa duly-filled application form.
- One latest passport-size photograph.
- A confirmed onward / return air ticket.
- Confirmed onward visa.
- A covering letter from the Indian Shipping Company.
- A letter of Invitation from the Shipping Agent in Bosnia-Herzegovina mentioning particulars of the Seamen, date and port of joining to be faxed directly to the Embassy.
- Indian Seamen traveling on duty must hold letter of Guarantee from the Shipping Company along with Seamen Book and passport.
- Visa Fee – Rs. 2584(Approx)
Transit Visa
- Bosnia and Herzegovina issues transit visa to the travelers.
- The applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.
- Duly-filled visa application form.
- One recent passport-size photograph.
- A confirmed onward / return air ticket.
- Confirmed onward visa.
- A Covering letter from the applicant on company’s letter-head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
- An invitation letter from the Inviting / Sponsoring Bosnian National stating the Applicant’s Name, Passport Number, Date of Birth, Purpose and Duration of visit.
- This letter further should be attested by the Bosnian Authorities:
- The Financial solvency Proof – Bank statement, Income tax paper & copies of Credit card.
- Visa Fee – Rs. 2584 (Approx)
Business Visa
Note: If the applicant has a valid Schengen visa then he / she doesn’t require Bosnian visa for maximum 7 days but, they have to enter Bosnia through Schengen country via Air or by road transit European country. But, if they are entering directly to Bosnia and Herzegovina then they require visa.
- The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.
- Completely filled visa application form.
- One recent passport-size photograph.
- A confirmed onward / return air ticket.
- Onward visa (if applicable).
- Covering letter from the Applicant on the concerned Company’s Letterhead stating his / her name, purpose, designation and duration of visit.
- A letter of invitation from Business Associates attested by Bosnian Authorities (like local municipality and police) as well as by the Chamber of Commerce in Bosnia (in original).
- Police clearance certificate is also required.
- Proofs of confirmed hotel reservation.
- Bank statement of last 3 months.
- Travel insurance of the applicant.
- Personal presence of the Applicant is compulsory now.
- All applications are referred to Ministry of Foreign affairs in Bosnia and processing can take 4 to 5 working days.
- Visa Fee for Single Entry – Rs. 2854(Approx)
- Visa Fee for Multiple Entry (for 3 months) – Rs. 4750 (Approx)
Tourist Visa
