Cygnett forays into luxury segment, launches Anamore brand
The first Anamore property will open in Pushkar, Rajasthan, next December. The second Anamore is coming up in Mopa, Goa.
Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has signed a new property, Anamore Select Resort & Wellness, in Mopa, Goa. The signing ceremony took place in New Delhi on January 8th.
This 150-villa luxury resort, the second property signed under the newly unveiled Anamore brand, is set to redefine high-end travel by seamlessly blending opulence, sustainability, and cultural immersion. The freshly signed Anamore property is expected to open its doors for guests in the second half of 2026. Anamore, the group’s new luxury brand signifies Cygnett’s strategic diversification beyond the mid-segment market.
Cygnett has announced that its first luxury property under Anamore brand is coming up in Pushkar, Rajasthan. The property will have 250 well-equipped rooms and will open in December 2025.
Besides Goa and Pushkar, there are four other properties in the pipeline under Anamore brand. “Our vision for Anamore is bold and forward-looking. We aim to redefine the future of luxury travel in India. Having successfully established 10-12 hotels in the mid-segment market annually across the country in the past, we are confident in replicating this success in the upscale market with Anamore too. There are five more Anamore properties in the pipeline in destinations including Karjat, Murud, Khalapur (Maharashtra), Srinagar (Uttarakhand) and Pushkar (Rajasthan),” stated Sarbendra Sarkar, Founder & Managing Director, Cygnett Hotels & Resorts. “Building upon our successful track record of establishing 10-12 hotels annually in the mid-segment, we are confident in replicating this success with Anamore,” he added. According to Sarkar, Cygnett aims to having 20 operational properties under the Anamore brand in the next three years.
For its Goa Anamore property, Cygnett has partnered with Yugen Infra, a joint venture between Timespro Consulting and V K Developers. Yugen Infra is spearheading several prestigious projects, including Goa’s first-ever Golf Course township. Strategically located a 15-minute drive from Mopa Airport and easily accessible via the Goa-Mumbai Highway, Anamore Select Resort & Wellness enjoys prime positioning within Goa’s largest golf course township. Nestled amidst the serene beauty of the Western Ghats, the resort promises an immersive experience of luxury and tranquillity.
