Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 announces two key additions to its leadership team

Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90  welcomes two seasoned professionals to the leadership team at Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 – Krishan Kumar, who joins as Food & Beverage Manager, and Shyam Sunder, who takes on the role of Front Office Manager.

Krishan KumarKrishan Kumar brings with him over 15 years of extensive experience in Food & Beverage operations, having worked with renowned hospitality brands such as JW Marriott, The Lalit, Four Points by Sheraton, Sarovar Hotels, and the Radisson Group. His expertise spans both Indian and international markets, including Africa.

He has played a pivotal role in several pre-opening hotel projects, including JW Marriott Chandigarh, Sheraton Kochi, and Radisson Red Chandigarh Mohali. In addition to his operational strengths, Krishan holds a Level 2 certification from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET), London.

A Hotel Management graduate from Mullana University, Ambala, Krishan is passionate about quality service, staff development, cost control, and guest engagement. We are delighted to welcome him as the leader of our Food & Beverage team.

Shyam SunderJoining alongside Krishan is Shyam Sunder, a seasoned hotelier with over 10 years of experience in Front Office operations, guest relations, and team leadership. Shyam has been associated with esteemed hospitality brands such as JW Marriott Aerocity New Delhi, Radisson Blu (Delhi Airport and Faridabad), Renaissance Ahmedabad, and Vivanta by Taj, New Delhi Dwarka, and was also part of the pre-opening team at Taj Bangalore.

His expertise encompasses budget forecasting, loyalty program management, guest satisfaction enhancement, and cross-functional coordination. A Hotel Management graduate from IHM, Shyam has a proven track record of empowering front office teams, and driving operational excellence across departments including the gym, spa, and business centers.
