After bagging prestigious awards like the ‘Best Low-Cost Airline in Central Asia & India’ at the Skytrax Awards 2018 and the passenger airline of the year at BIAL Pinnacle awards 2018, IndiGo’s learning academy –ifly has won four awards for the best practices in Learning and Development at the TISS LEAPVAULT CLO Awards function held in Mumbai by the Tata Institute Of Social Sciences August 2018. IndiGo’s ifly team won a Gold for the Leaning and Development Team of the Year, a Gold for the Best Customer Service Training Program , a Silver for the Best Simulations Based Learning Program and a Silver for the Best Quality Management/ Improvement Training Program.
