I accept this award on behalf of my team at Group Concorde. I am very thankful to the travel fraternity for recognising and appreciating the hard work we put in as a team to make this a success for us. Receiving this award comes with a mixed feeling. It gives me a sense of achievement with a greater sense of responsibility to keep up the hard work and keep inspiring others in my organisation to live up to the fraternity’s expectations.
Q. What factors led your company achieving such an outstanding position as GSA?
Transparency, team work, time management, constantly diversifying and enhancing our profile are some of the factors that have helped us grow and expand our horizons. Our biggest strength is “Principal Relationship” as we value our commitment, quality and ensure timely deliverables.

Relationship, commitment and high service standards are a few qualities that come to my mind and these also give our clients the confidence in our company, Group Concorde to continue representing them in the Indian skies, which in other words means we “Value our Relations”.
Q. What advice would you like to give to the next generation of travel professionals who desire success?
The generation to come in is Young, Energetic and full of ideas, the world especially India is aspiring to work with innovation, so I would suggest the young professionals to develop and strengthen their existing businesses to further reach new heights.
