Sabre technology drives double digit growth for Hotel Grand Chancellor
Hotel Grand Chancellor turned to Sabre for innovative technology solutions that would drive guest bookings and propel its brand towards new heights. A quick and seamless implementation of Sabre’s SynXis Booking Engine provided the 10 hotel locations with a highly flexible and scalable booking platform, which immediately generated positive results.
“Initially, we were just looking for a booking engine solution to increase direct bookings. But what we found in Sabre was a trusted business partner, with the industry expertise, understanding and integrated solutions to help us achieve our business objectives well into the future,” said Hazel Rigler, director of Marketing and eCommerce, Hotel Grand Chancellor.
Hotel Grand Chancellor also integrated Sabre’s global travel marketplace, connecting them to over 425,000 travel agents, and Sabre Consortia, an international organization of independent travel agents, agencies and travel management companies (TMCs), linking hotels to business travellers. Together, these two platforms contributed to a 19 percent increase in room nights, and an astounding 21 percent rise in revenue since 2017.
“With Sabre’s innovative technology solutions and a combination of our unique customer-centric approach and service excellence, we were able to develop a successful partnership that produced tangible results in record time. We are pleased to support the Hotel Grand Chancellor brand as they continue to provide enhanced services to their customers and improve profitability,” said Frank Trampert, managing director & chief commercial officer, Sabre Hospitality Solutions, Asia Pacific.
