Sarovar Hotels unveils Sarovar Leadership Development Program in partnership with Indian School of Hospitality (ISH)
A 12-month fast-track management program for hospitality aspirants
Sarovar Hotels is pleased to announce the launch of Sarovar Leadership Development Program (SLDP) to provide exceptional career development opportunities for aspiring young professionals in the field of hospitality. The group has formed a strategic partnership with the Indian School of Hospitality (ISH), a leading hospitality institute in Gurugram, for academic support and curriculum development.
The 12-month hybrid program is meticulously designed to equip students with necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to excel in their careers and become future leaders and change agents.
The program includes rigorous and comprehensive training, which encompasses various aspects of management, leadership, and industry-specific skills including study of a broad range of subjects such as business communication, operational finance, information technology, digital marketing, revenue management, etc. Trainees will undergo a combination of classroom sessions, online classes, on-the-job training, and mentorship conducted at Hometel Chandigarh, a Sarovar Hotel. ISH will also organize boot camps and master classes at Hometel or on campus at ISH.
As a part of the program, the students will be paired with experienced mentors from Sarovar Hotels and ISH who will provide guidance, support, and valuable insights throughout the program. This mentorship will enable trainees to learn from seasoned professionals to accelerate their personal and professional growth. Trainees will have access to a vast network of industry professionals and leaders, allowing them to build valuable connections and expand their professional network. The cross-functional experience will enable them to understand the intricacies of the industry and develop a holistic perspective.
