These include the touristfriendly Kitam Bird Sanctuary and Taraybhir High Ridge, both lying around 10 km from Namchi.”
STDC has drawn up an ambitious, one-of-a-kind tourism project- Temple stay that is all set to kick off sometime in early 2016. Rai said, “Travellers get to stay for a couple of days at Char Dham with the priests performing the rituals and offering info on the tradition, rituals and customs of the shrine.
