Vistara ready to offer free date and flight change due to existing conditions in Srinagar
A statement has been issued on behalf of Vistara’s spokesperson with regard to the existing conditions in Srinagar, Vistara is offering free date and flight change, and cancellation with full refund, to customers travelling to and from Srinagar in the next 7 days (up to and including July 17), if they so request. This offer is also applicable to customers originating in other cities and connecting to Srinagar via Delhi. The statement also requested customers departing Srinagar to report at the airport 3 hours prior to departure in view of enhanced security measures and increased crowding at the airport.
