Yatra Online Limited announces the appointment of Dr. Anup Wadhawan as the new independent Director of the company
Yatra Online, Inc. (NASDAQ: YTRA), through its Indian subsidiary, Yatra Online Limited (“Yatra”), India’s largest corporate travel services provider (Source: CRISIL Report) and a leading online travel company in India among OTA players in terms of gross booking revenue and operating revenue, for Fiscal Year 2023, has announced the appointment of Dr. Anup Wadhawan as an Independent Director of the Company. The appointment of Dr. Anup Wadhawan is effective April 1, 2024, for a tenure of three consecutive years
Dr. Wadhawan holds over 40 years of extensive experience in international trade, finance, development administration, public administration, academics, international development organizations, the private sector, arbitration and conciliation, and policymaking experience at the national level in commerce and finance and at the provincial level in urban development, forest and environment, rural development, law and order, land revenue administration, education, and annual expenditure planning.

He is also acting as an Advisory Board Member of Association of Small & Medium Knowledge Industries (ASMKI), GoodGovern, a corporate governance entity.
