Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla, South Delhi’s business and dining landmark has reopened its doors with enhanced cleanliness and safety measures which follow the guidance outlined by the government and health authorities and the IHG Clean Promise.

The hotel will operate all guest rooms, all-day dining restaurant Edesia, the patisserie French Heart as well as the Meeting and Banquet venues. Home Delivery is also available on Swiggy & Zomato as well as Takeaway Menu. The gym, spa, pool & bar at the hotel shall remain close until further guidelines by the government.

In addition to the hotel’s already established high cleaning standards, the property will follow the guidance outlined by the government and health authorities for enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures:

  • The hotel has long embedded the IHG Way of Clean programme – which has been developed in partnership with Cleveland Clinic, Ecolab and Diversey. This programme has now expanded with additional COVID-19 protocols and best practices to reflect the advice of the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control & Prevention. IHG Way of Clean already includes deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants across the hotel.
  • Trainings to the staff to follow all the safety processes and procedures such as maintaining social distancing; using personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves; conducting visible and more frequent deep cleaning of high touch surfaces in public areas.
  • Introduction of revised floor layouts and seating plans in the restaurant and banquets to adhere to social distancing norms
  • Revamped guest experience offerings include individual amenity cleaning kits; visible sanitizer stations in public spaces; removal of high touch items from rooms; replacing in-room collateral with digital communication; digital menus & E Payments.

The hotel is also launching an array of innovative offerings such as:
