Omnigo Software acquires iView Systems, adding gaming and hospitality expertise to growing law enforcement and public safety solutions portfolio

Omnigo Software, a leading provider of public safety, incident and security management solutions for law enforcement, education, healthcare and other enterprise markets, today acquired Toronto-based iView Systems, a leading provider of public safety management solutions for the gaming and hospitality industries across North America and internationally.  St. Louis-based Omnigo will leverage the two firms’ strengths into one customer-focused and growth-driven business under the Omnigo name with a strong financial base and innovative technology assets.  iView’s employees and operations will remain in their Toronto office and report to Omingo’s senior leadership team.

“This strategic acquisition presents significant new opportunities for Omnigo to introduce and extend our public safety, incident and security management solutions portfolio into the gaming and hospitality markets, while broadening and strengthening our leadership position in the public safety sector internationally,” said Bobby Robertson, CEO of Omnigo Software.  “Together we are now helping approximately 2000 customers focus on ensuring a world with safer tomorrows.”

The acquisition of iView adds a variety of visitor management, license plate recognition and facial recognition technologies that can be strategically incorporated into the overall Omnigo platform. Last month Omnigo named Robertson as CEO and established its headquarters in St. Louis.  Today, it provides the security industry’s most comprehensive suite of records management, risk management and analytics tools for streamlining incident management and prevention.
